Clara Voz served as Festival Project Manager for Regent’s Roots in London, overseeing digital branding, promotional assets, volunteer communications, and day-of operations for a multicultural celebration across the Camden and Regent’s Park areas. We developed systems that supported seamless collaboration between partners, performers, and attendees while enhancing the festival’s visual identity.

As a project manager and creative partner with RumbleDrum, Clara Voz supports a range of private, nonprofit, and corporate events through workflow development, vendor negotiations, digital communications, and on-site coordination. We help bring the company’s signature high-impact experiences to life while improving internal processes that strengthen every event.

Clara Voz supports Tulsa Mayfest with creative direction, operations strategy, and large-scale event logistics for a festival that welcomes more than 70,000 attendees downtown each spring. From artist coordination and communications systems to vendor workflows and on-site execution, we help elevate the attendee experience while keeping one of Tulsa’s longest-running cultural events running seamlessly.
