Tulsa Mayfest
Tulsa Mayfest is one of Oklahoma’s largest community arts festivals, bringing thousands of attendees into the Tulsa Arts District each year for visual art, live music, food vendors, and community programming. Coordinating the event requires careful operational planning across artist logistics, stage programming, vendor coordination, street closures, and volunteer management. The scale and complexity of the festival make it a strong example of how thoughtful planning and layout design support a successful multi-day event.
Regent’s Roots Festival & Camden Melas
Regents Roots Festival 2024 was a one-day cultural event in London that brought together live music, artists, and community audiences. Producing the festival required coordination across performers, volunteers, vendors, and on-site logistics to deliver a smooth experience within a compressed event timeline. The project demonstrates how careful operational planning supports successful cultural events, even within a single-day format.
